Teak N Oak , Velachery , Chennai

I brought sofa from Teak n Oak. The product is very bad. it get ripped off in a year time. when we call for service, they don't respond properly. Its total money and time waste going to Tean n Oak.

I bought a shoe rack. Within a month or two, I had some issues with the door and the service guy came and did some fix. The problem recurred and now after a year, the door has come out because of the same problem. Very poor quality and service.

we ordered a coat and it more than one month they havent delivered and later they delivered partially
And the bed quality is not good at all
We dont get proper response for the service after sales
we bought worth of 40K, this is very poor customer service and deliver is not completed fully, we have got only partially deliver yet today
