Went there with the complaint that my Xperia Live has slowed down considerably and returned with their advice to visit Sony Service Centre in Anna Salai.
Extremely rude salesmen and unresponsive customer service.
They gave me a defective mobile phone and were not ready to replace it. They took it back for repair and its day 16 , i am still waiting for the mobile. the staff is unwilling to give a spare mobile phone .
