I want to share my recent experience as a long-term customer of your store. Over the past 12 years, I have regularly purchased groceries and vegetables, and I've generally been satisfied with the service.
However, I've noticed a decline in the store's service quality lately. The behavior of the store helpers has changed, and interactions have become less pleasant and more indifferent.
Last night 22/9/2024 I purchased groceries and vegetables around 8 pm. To my surprise, I found a rotten coconut among the items 23/9/2023 today. This was an unexpected issue, and I initially attempted to exchange it. Unfortunately, I had two bills but misplaced one of them, and this seemed to complicate the matter.
