Dear friends, Humble request please don't choose to stay in this mansion. No safety to stay. They will not provide water and poor maintenance ( No security & Cleaning person ) & Charging additional money without any proper documents. Worst management, For Formalities they are appointment supervisor and owner will daily drunk liquor and do rowdisim to people who asks for poor maintenance and unavailability of water supply. In Chennai if you found haazi mansion board don't join. This month I got big trouble from the rowdies (owner ). I vacate the mansion immediately and the way the owner behaved is very bad and Especially In ground floor some rowdies are staying and owner and those rowdies are threatening the other people who staying there.
