worst company in coimbatore not to relay is steel house
I am george from coimbatore i too have to buy a 3 door cubboard and a 3 door book shelf in the above said STEEL HOUSE TRICHY ROAD ,when i paid for both they said they will be sending both new pieces unfortunately when they bought it was both the broken demo pieceskept in display,from november iam following them and keeping this two pieces unused.
Every day the managers commit it will be send the next day and four months both broken pieces are kept unused in room,i have visited sevaral times to steel house and i havent seen such

Very Poor Customer Service. I bought a cupboard from their furniture section, was promised one and delivered another one. The guy who had come home to fix the cupboard when delivering it did a bad job and left.As well the hanger was missing. For nearly three weeks I call the Manager of the showroom to fix the issue and and get the hanger but he gives me a reason every day but doesnot send anyone. Nor is the hanger there. The shop with the worst customer service in Coimbatore. I would never step into this shop again.
