I have surrendered my policy - 412899668 on 20-09-2110 at Ghatkopar
Mumbai Office.
but after the surrender two months passed. I have not received the
Chaque (Amount).
I have contacted six time at your Mumbai office. Every time they told 2-3 days.
The name of the officer is
1. Bhanu Pratap Singh (Sr. Partner)
2. Sandeep Chavan (Account & ADmin Executive)
They sent a mail to you Gurgaon office Three time. but your gurgaon
office response is cool.
They have set my chaque on Nov. 3, 2010.
But Till today it is not delivered.
