Spice Communication

I was promised the phone in 5 minutes at the outlet, However was kept waiting for over 1 hour 15 minutes, despite continuously asking them about the phone, and also confirming the same in the morning thru phone.
Eventually it was promised that the phone would be delivered at my house around 1730. However no response till 1830, and that too when I called up. After 30 mins, they even stopped answering my phone. Extremely disgusting and sad customer service. Please do not encourage such vendors. This was at the Sector 14 outlet of the same company.
