The Body Care , DLF Phase 1 , Gurgaon

Body care is a fraud...they will not give you the service as well as will not return your money...Beware of them and do not join it.

I have recently joined Body Care and experience their utter mismanagement.
The front desk girls are all enthusiastic to rope in the customers to theirlucrative packages, but back ed everything is falling apart...hair conditioner was over, there was no shower cap, only one steamer for facials which gets shared between rooms.
They have only 1 person for pedicure/ manicure/ hair dyes etc and one girl for women's beauty services...one can imagine the pressure on the staff to cater to the ever increasing customers. Service levels automatically fall and often customers are not given appointments when they actually need it.
They don't even have water dispensing machines and have to keep waiting for drinking water.
They have to look at their management very seriously 'cos its sad to see a place at a prime location with such huge potential not being able to do justice either to the customers nor to the staff.

I would not recommend body care to anyone.staff doesn't know how to treat their clients.moreover, they don't even know what an appointment means.I had to wait everytime for atleast half n hour..smtimes more than 2hrs evn after taking proper appointment..unfortunately I was stuck as I had taken a package of rs.5000/-i tried to finish it off smhw bt cudn do that also...services are bad and staff gets on your nerves with their bad behaviour.finally had to request a friend to take over the balance pakge for free from me..it is the worst place I have ever visited for beauty services..I highly recommend you not to go for it...NEVER

Hi all....please do not join these slimming centres if you are planning shed your overpounds...plan your own healty diet chart instead. My sincere advice to all new seekers not to join one which is in phase 1 gurgaon... A lady named Samridhi here is not cultured at all. She wont talk to you until she measures the depth of your wallet....I had a bad expereince here...i just wanted to try the quality of service they provide so i enquired about package which includes basic services like threading and waxing and the price structure also...instead of telling me the cost for this she started convincing me to go for a scheme worth Rs.3000 and some card for Rs 6000. She simply walked away showing me tough looks when i refused for this offer saying that one has to take a prior appointment for those basic services(only threading and waxing). Without wasting another fraction of time i moved out of there. This clearly shows that they lack the sense of hospitality towards every customers. They will only entertain you if u are tagged with luxury brands. So ladies beware if you are not one such kinds....
