Very poor service Airtel store 143, Faridabad Sector 37, Faridabad- 121001, Haryana. Have not received any call as my sim has not been activated 5 days ago..

I also agree with Kartik and Manmohan Mittal...I faced same problem. I also bought duplicate micro-sim for my smart phone on 11 Oct Friday. They charged me Rs 125 instead of Rs 25 and my SIM got activated today evening (14th Oct). When i went there to get Rs 100 back, they refused and even they refused to give me the bill. I called customer care and logged a complaint against ARP and ARF staff member on following grounds:
1. Poor customer service( Promised to activate the SIM in 4 hours, however took 4 days)
2 Overcharged by Rs 100 without telling the details about Airtel Money account.
3. Harassment while doing several followup to get the SIM activated
4.Refused to give the bill.
5. Using abusive language.

Agreed with Manmohan Mittal, they are so uneducated even don't have etiquette how to deal with customers, so pathetic i bought duplicate SIM from there for Rs125, its been 2 days SIM is not activated and they said it will be activated in max 4 hrs, so indolent employers, inspite of calling they dont answer and if they answer reply is just wait for some more days wtf..i cant believe airtel is having so fckn retarted employers.
