Dont know about their service yet ! But I just called at the above mentioned number...was given another number for enquires regarding telivision ( fair enough, though better option is always take the customers number and call back )...tried another number couple of times..but busy or no response ( wondering if they gave LG's MD's number directly ) finally got a call back..but unfortunately ( for me ) Mr. X is busy and having guests at home..so I am suppose to call back in half an hr. Do I really want to go with this outlet...or LG at all...am thinking :)
