My experience with Hilton Hotels janakpuri was pathetic and disapointing. I got so annoyed about getting my room booked that I went to hyatt instead. This
happened to me last month. I understand that the hotels are quite full because of the festival season. but that can't be an excuse for not being able to call back someone who is waiting for some
call-back. For the reservation I had to constantly run after the conceirge at the front desk. No one in the front desk knew about the corporate deals or discounts. They told me they will get back to
me which never happened.
I hope they try to improve their guest services and conceirge because that's like the first impression that a hotel has to make to people who come to stay for the
first time.
