New balaji communication service centre in kalkaji is one of the worst service centre of spice.There is a single girl handling all the customers.Even for a battery chekup one has to wait atleast 2 hours.Customers go inside without waiting for their turn to come like no.23 is wating for his turn but no.26 go inside forcefully guard is there but only for formalities every time guard use to say kya kare bhai zabardasti andar ghush gaya hai.Inside Executive are very slow.Many customers ask for the opinion box that is not kept there.In this service centre for mobile accesseries like batterry,headphone.display etc one has to wait atleast one weak even for changing battery customer has to wait for one week.Nokia service center is one of the best
