Never ever in history they have picked the phone. Now the booking is on IVR so no load on then also... God know.. what they are providing to their coustomers...
If you are the customer of Vijay Ratan Gas Agency type supplier, must keep in mind the followings :-
- must weigh the filled Cylinder, I am sure every time you will save your money.
- must check the cylinder, after all you are paying for Gas, not for Water. To check it, say the delivery man to put the top down and discharge some gas on earth by pressing the nozzle pin with some pointed nail type. If the cylinder is filled with water, you will see the water on earth. And if it is filled with Gas, it will immediately vapourized.

i was gas booking in 22 jan. but vijay ratan is telling me 29 jan. she is not giving me gas. i think she is my gas selling is other person. she is very blacking gas agency please close licence this agency. she is all delivery person is misuse in gas celender.
i think is very big raket for gas misuse. please close licence for gas agency.
