Editors Note: A non-official organization providing a forum, recreation center and library for the citys intelligentsia. Rub shoulders with the crme de la crme of the citys intellectual and creative community at the IIC. This is a center developed to facilitate the interaction between global thinkers, decision makers and intellectuals. I remembering going here once and was really taken in by the design of the building. I think it was made way back in the 1950's.

Ok i confess .. I actually go to IIC not for the seminars and art fest but for the wonderful food that is so much a part of seminar lunches and dinners. Oh and almost forgot ... for the film screenings as well. Remember the time when i passed myself for a true blue Iranian just by covering my head with a scarf and muttering "baale baale" under my breath!
