Its the most disgusted restaurant I have ever visited. I went with a friend and after couple of drinks and a plate of honey chilli potato my bill was for 1493 rs. but the service charge was of Rs.193 rs, which the restaurant don't submit the amount to the govt.
When I argued for about 30 minutes with the manager and I denied the service charge, they called the hired Gundas who spoke in haryanwi and pressed us to give us the service amount. We said that the service amount is the amount which the customer agrees when the customer is satisfied with the service. We were not !
Atlast the Hired Gundas by the restaurant pressed us so much , we had to pay.

We recently had a family function at Code (B'day party) and the experience was really bad. Though the food was ok, but the service was really bad. We had agreed initially for buffet with 3 veg dishes daal raita (etc. etc). What they did was they served 2 veg dishes daal on some tables and the other 2 veg dishes on other tables. When we asked them to serve it properly they said we will.. we will but it never came. Morever when we informed the manager they came up started arguging in front of all the guests. We pay a high price in order to get good food and good service but this was really bad experience.
