Howin Chinese rstaurant is very good! I wonder if it already has a good number of frequent vistors! BUt there should be, given its high quality chinese and fareastern fare. My sense is that the owner attends to every details personally. Calcutta street food - I think the owner is the same- is a Bengali/ Eastern ndia fast food joint, which is not bad. I went for a quick bite to another joint, the one adjacent to the entrance gate, is ok but has to improve its cleanliness. There is a south indian restaurant that I am yet to try and one or two more food joints. I think apart from these food joints there is not much that one can do in this mall as yet in terms of entertainment. HDFC SLIC is operational which I think is in the first or second floor. There is one banquet hall also. But given the huge infrastructure created, I am very surprised why Star city Mall has not yet been able to draw lifestyle shops, ATMs, grocery chain/s, multiplex? Reliance retail also got closed. What is preventing its fast growth? This could become a very happening place!

Iam a resident of Mayur Vihar Phase 1 extension. I saw the place ever since it was being contructed; anticipated its progression with a hope that it will be a great respite and a place to wander and shop and be enteryained all at once and that too very near to home. The place has come up well but never fully occupied. There was a relience retail but that too has gone along with many other shops that opened there and soon left. The quality of thev restorants there is also very poor. I request the management to install good retail like big bazaar and two three multiplexes in order to get the place in proper functioning order.Iam sure the other residents of the area feel the same. the place will also have a very good revenue prospect if the above is considered and will be welcomed by the residents as we have to travel to Noida or other place for entertainment and shopping. so is the management listening?/
