Good, Reliable, Courteous but could be better (they don't really listen to the customer-- explained below)
I got my car serviced and checked up from these guys. They seem reasonably good. No thefts, no missing parts, fixed one of the problem I was facing -- one of the tyres was wearing out unevenly. They told me I would need to have the shock absorber bushing replaced on the side that touches the axle. Labour cost about Rs. 400 for two person-hours of work...very reasonable.
The other issue I was facing was that of the airconditioner cooling and heating units switching on simultaneously on my2005 Zen VX when the temperature slider was anywhere but completely on the side of cold (blue). The mechanics simply wouldn't understand that it
