I bought a Kurta from Kalpana shop in GIP mall Noida on 27th May 2018. I paid a premium price of
Rs 2500 for a cotton kurta thinking the quality of the cloth and stitching would not be compromised. I was shocked when I washed the Kurta and the piping bled its colour all over spoiling the whole effect on the neck and sleeves.
A company charging premium rates and using such cheap piping/cloth is a crime. I am calling their customer care manager on 45374500 but this number is not working.
More than anything else, my trust is broken with Kalpana which hurts.
