I'm confused. With service that's so incredibly bad, whether it's home delivery or eating in, I cannot understand how Subway continues to make any money. The food doesn't even need to be cooked
I ordered 2 subs at the call center aroud 01:30 PM on 16th. the order taker(Ms. Nisha)took the order and told me that the order would be delivered in 35-40 min. then after waiting for more that an hour i again called up your call center, and was told by Ms. Nisha that she will find out the status of my order and call back. in the meanwhile I received my order after ONE AND A HALF HOUR. I had no other option but to return back the order. Simultaneously I recieved a call from Ms. Nisha stating that the order has been dispatched from the outlet and will reach me any time. I am the regular customer of Subway, Nehru Place, Delhi. I almost place ordered daily for a RCB Salad but I am very dissapointed with their services. There are so many erroneous things which I faced regulary. Following are the list of my concern --
1) They have no telephone etiquettes.
2) They never delivered food on time though our office is just a 5 min away from nehru place, it's based in Kalkaji.
3) They don't carry posted or pen while picking up the phone. They always put me on hold for a minute or two whenever I called up to place my order.
4)Today they took my order @ 11am & didn't deliver it till 3pm. When I called up, a guy name kishore picked my phone & said we can't deliver your food right away & hanged up the phone.

WE are a company based in East of Kailash, which is a stone's throw from Nehru place. We have had a very bad experience with subway, Nehru Place branch. They never deliver even after hours of ordering and follwing up. Sometimes their bikes break down. At other times some delivery boy suddenly becomes unavailable. They are not at all customer centric. Even the outlet is full of cockroaches and is highly unhelathy. If someone could pass me on the number for Subway corporate house, I would give a very strong review.
I've been a regular customer with Subway,Nehru place but have been facing a lot of problems for the last couple of orders on the 07th oct i called in to place an order the rep was not able to follow a word of english & was not able to get my contact number he took about 4-5 min to connect me to a different rep it took me about 11min to place the order & another 40min for the order to be delivered just to realize it was the wrong order(wrong bread,incorrect filling) in short it had everthing i had not asked for inspite of me repeatedly asking the rep to make sure the order is correct i was sent the incorrect cookie.When i called the branch to inform the same all i got was an excuse saying i orders were switched & a very cold apology.
