Al Bake Restaurant , New Friends Colony , Delhi

I have decided today never to buy anything from Al-Bake again. Now that their customer base has increased, they are least bothered about courtesy. The telephone delivery service has become pathetic of late. They don't listen when an order is placed. The items delivered are often wrong. Two weeks ago, I had ordered one Veg Shawarma and one Non-Veg shawarma and one of the packed foods had "Veg" written on them. When I took a bite, I realized it was non-veg shawarma. This especially on Navrathri day. I called the guy up and he said he would send a replacement and no such thing arrived.
Second, today I had ordered two veg biryanis and two non-veg biryanis. Along with this two plates of 'raita' and two plates of 'curry' were ordered. However we got only one plate of raita and one plate of curry. I have the experience of what they do in case of an order dispute and didn't bother to get back to them.
Above all, the delivery boys are extremely rude and they don't let us even inspect the contents before paying. If there is a question about the pricing of the items mentioned on the bill, the delivery boy doesn't even care and looks away and answers rude. They dont bother to carry change with them and when asked, they give a rude remark that they don't have any change.

Al Bake is surely a paradise for any food conosseiur, apart from the famous shawrma, you must try the mouth watering hydrabadi mutton, kadhai chicken and not to miss d authentic biryani! Whenever you are craving for authentic mughlai delicacies, now you know where to head for.

Sitting hidden like a treasure to find is the yummy and tasty food provider named Al-Bake. The taste is so hard to find as the restaurant itself. Right at the New Friends Colony Community Center is the restaurant which could be called a Non-Vegetarians' paradise. This restaurant serves authentic Mughlai (Try Kacchi Mirch Ka Bhuna Gosht or Simply go for Chicken Butter Masala), Lebanese (the yummy and tasty Shawarma Rs.25 only), or Chinese (Simply the dry chilli chicken would be the best). I can bet that both your tongue and your pocket will enjoy the restaurant.
