My mother surprised me with a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. Looked like a wonderful bunch until I opened the bouquet to place it into a vase. Unfortunately all the lillie's were broken, petals seemed stepped on and the entire bunch seemed most shabbily put together. Having bought flowers from this "florist" a number of times, we felt it juste to call up the store manager to ask them of their neglect. We were then put through to a shrill, extremely rude person by the name of Gaurav. Perhaps Mr. Gaurav is under the impression that he owns the entire flower arrangement industry. I have been interacting with Mr. Gaurav Makhija for a long time for our corporate / personal flower deliveries along with cakes and he's just perfect. No delays and deliveries are every time on time.
