Consummate technologies Pvt. Ltd. which is located in Ansal plaza, opposite dabur, sahibabad is a very low grade IT company. Their normal office timings are 10 hours on pen and papers but on regular basis they demand 12 hours of working from all employees... They recruit the employees giving false commitments...initially they keep employee on trail basis and then if they find the performance not up to the mark( if any employee doesn't agree to work for 12 hours) then they fire them out without paying even a single penny...They have done the same with a lots of employees and consequently now the company is undergoing police cases filed by various employees at different times... the Worse part of the company is that the HR head (Garima aggarwal) is the wife of the director (Abhiskek aggarwal) , and the whole company is run only by these two people. The total man power of the company is around 15- 20 employees...Abhishek aggarwal who is heading it, is reachable at 09958405850.
The HR dept of this company does some extra work by taking the everyday task sheet report(task sheet of 12 hours job) from all the employees...and if by any chance any employee fails to submit the task sheet after completing his 12 hrs of working every day, then the very next day the particular employee is treated like a dog by garima aggarwal....In short the company is run by only two people and they treat the employees like slaves...
Not only this ...the infrastructure of the company is also very back...very congested from inside, there is no washroom , no cleaning is done on everyday basis and it stinks also from inside...
So nobody please dare to join this company ever...
