Nightmare! Very unprofessional and unethical hospital. I am an ECHS member and blk is an empanneled hospital to echs .I went and registered there. Waited for 4 hours and finally when i went in i was told by the doctor that they are no longer takung echs patients. Fair enough...if they dont want to take echs patients, all they have to do is inform the establishment. The doctor was very nice, very pleasant and sympathetic.
Then began my nightmare. The doc told me to go and meet the MS, who passed me off to a girl and then dms....they all had oner refrain...sorry we dont have a bed...without even studying my case. When i insisted tht u give me in writing that u dont want to treat me because i am an echs patient..their answer was only one....sorry no bed.
I am a cancer patient...just finished chemo...undergoing radiation....and i spent one full day at my clinic to get a referral to blk....all this could have been avoided if there was honesty and transparency in dealings.
ECHS patients beware DO NOT GO to Blk

Cheats !! just to get a COPY of MRI scan reports I was asked to pay Rs 1600 for film and Rs 400 just to copy the content on CD or USB drive.

Very good Super Specialty Hospital Especially Cochlear Implant and Auditory Brain Stem Implant done by Dr. Hans in ENT Department.
