Poor service....very rude owner and staff. Asked them twice over phone whether my brand new laptop can be partitioned. I was referred to them by the HP service center. They asked me to walk in over phone. Once there, they flatly refused to provide the service stating that this is a "waste" of time for them since I will not be paying anything towards service. Still worse, they refused to give any acknowledgement. I wonder how they treat people who walk in for service issues!!
