We were given a ticket for a bus and forced to get on a different bus, thevman scribbled out the number on the ticket and wrote a new bus number on it then the man disappeared with the ticket. We paid 900 rupees each to travel on a dirty dangerous bus with no power, no WiFi, no facilities.
I will be contacting the newspapers and the police about this deceitful company

We had a worst experience with hari travels. We booked 20 ac sleeper seats from delhi to jammu on 11.10.15. The moment we crossed delhi our bus got derailed due to broken of nut bolt of the rear tyre. Hari travels bus was in poor condition. Then we have been ask to board the other travelers bus of jamna travels. But we have been provided only 15 sleepers in that. I sujjest to all the customers for not availing service of hari travels. As their response and behaviour was worst. If any body wants to experience this service provider then I wish him good luck as I m sure tht he/she is inviting problems to their journey.

Very bad and irresponsible travel service, i must say. While the start time was 9:30 PM from jammu, it took off at 11:00 PM. The bus condition was bad too - most of the accessories for keeping baggage/water bottle in place were ALL missing. Even when some ppl complained about somebody smoking/liquor inside the bus, the authority still didn't give it a consideration. So, while proposed to reach delhi at 8 AM, we could make it not before 10:30 AM.

I had a very bad experience with Hari Travels. I booked 4 seats online for 1st June, 2012 on 30th May, 2012 and got the confirmation from CC avenue regarding suceessful charge of the money. After an hour I got a call from Hari Travels that my booking has been cancelled as their website was not working properly and seats were not available. They are not capable of handling online books, so please don't rely on them.

Guys, this is one of the best service provider I have ever seen, I have been dealing with Gambhir Brothers, Mukesh & Sachin...they are wonderful partners...they provide world class travel service to Jammu & North India
