Worst Bus Service EVER.... Don't ever board buses from Sahiba Travels..... We took the tickets at 8 pm after completing our journey to Vaishno Devi, and were asked to be there near their office at 8.30, we hurriedly ordered and had our dinner in less than 7mins in a nearby restaraunt and were there at sharp 8.30, but there was no clue to the agents from where the bus would start. When we requested them if we can wait here in their office ( it was all empty) till the time bus arrives, we were refused VERYYY RUDELY to even sit inside and wait for the bus. The harrowing experience didn't end here...After waiting for 15-20 mins They asked us to board the bus 5 kms away from Katra round about, and we paid the auto driver as well... to ... View More

This was the worst travel experience of g for mine. Long delays, Driver was ass hole , Whole staff was same . Extra charging luggage. Were not putting ac on, and dropped at 20 km before Jammu.

pathetic service. Dont ever board these buses. Rude Drivers. Unethical charging. I've been charged 100 extra on boarding, after paying full fare online.
