Max Healthcare , Saket , Delhi

Dr. Anuradha Kapur at Max Hospital, Saket is a horrible doctor. She charges 1000 per consultation and will not spend over 3 minutes with you. I am not going over the board when I say 3 minutes here. She will write one expensive test after another, not explain the test results to you, never ask if you have any questions, and if you do ask a question then she will provide a reply with utmost disdain/rude behavior.
I took my pregnant wife there two times. And we are changing our doctor for good. Never thought that a doctor (she is by the way HOD of the deptt.) can be so rude instead of being patient with a pregnant lady.
I have had decent experience of taking my parents to hospitals/doctors and I can say that she is by far the most horrible one I've come across. DO NOT OPT FOR DR. ANURADHA KAPUR, ESPECIALLY IN CASE OF DELIVERY.

Horrible experience with Dr.Ahluwalia. Went to him for a UTI infection and he in a very judgemental tone asked me why I "kept changing sexual partners". Asking if I change partners is understandable, asking WHY is not acceptable. I complained against him and got a call from the Medical Superintendent of the hospital who refused to give me an apology and was extremely sarcastic. She thought the doctor was not wrong at all to question such personal decisions. So disappointed with this hospital and it's customer service. Would not recommend it to anyone. Specially if you're unmarried and sexually active - they are so utterly disrespectful and judgemental, its pathetic.

Hi, I am Nausheen khan. I visited Max hospital before 1 month for ultrasound as i was having stomach infection. The doctor who attended me was very good.The ambience of the hospital was like a five star hotel.It was very clean and staff was also supportive, although i was late 1/2 hr but still they attended me.It was truly a great experience with Max hospital, saket.

Oh what a difficult day it was but how efficiently and caringly Max Saket doctors turned it into a delightful experience. I had taken my 2.5 yr old very naughty son for a tooth procedure. The little monster he is, he made sure to be at his mischievous best so much that I completely lost patience and was about to give up when the doctor and the nurse assured me that they will handle. They asked me to just sit at one corner while I gazed at the proficiency with which they convinced my son and tricked him into the procedure. Really very caring. Very sensitive and what more I can say very calm and eager to help the doctors at Max Saket. Finally after an hour and a half, my son had had his rotten tooth removed and was just as chirpy and bubbling with energy as he would. Thanks to the doctors, else I do not know how I would have managed.
