Viva Hyderabad: The authentic taste of Hyderabad. The menu is not vast, but since Viva Hyderabad specialises in biryanis no one is complaining. The restaurant draws upon the tradition of the rich Hyderabadi biryani, using a secret family recipe. The biryani is cooked on the dum, using delicate spices and beautiful long-grained basmati rice. To complement the biryani there is the subtle dumpukht korma or the delicious bhuna. All these come at a reasonable price and can also be delivered to your home.

I am from Hyderabad and am surprised that these people, in Gurgaon, have managed to recreate the same biryani taste that we get in local weddings almost precisely. I had mutton biryani here a few days back as I was referred to them by a friend and was amazed: I could have been eating in Hyderabad itself. It is a pity they don't advertise more aggressively. The counter boy confirmed that their biryanimaster is from Hyderabad. No wonder.
Dont go with the Hyderabad word in there name....the biryani is very very simple..doesn't actually gives u the feeling u r having one....price ?...i ordered biryani chicken shorma...it costed Rs 256...almost same like Karim's (but atleast they will hame some minimum biryani taste)....they dont give any salad or chutney along with it...quantity wise also it is less...so from my side.....it is a 1 and a haf star.
