Poor response from your home collection facility at Janak puri branch. I have been told that home collection facility is not available for CGHS patient / beneficiaries. Moreover as per your advertisement the pathology services are available 24 hrs, where as it is wrong and pathology services are available from 8 AM to 8 PM only. This wrong information is creating a big trouble to the patients. Mr. Ashish Jain at Janak puri branch replied that we are using old stationery printed with 24 hrs pathology service, where as this facility does not exists now a days. you should correct your stationery so that costumer should not suffer in near future by this type of wrong advertisement to achieve good name in open competitive market.
