One of the worst company micro max informatics limited. They do not heed to the super after sales service which they promise. They consider the customer to be a beggar.
I had purchased Convas knight 350 white & gold for 24500. Withi 43 days the power off and on button started malfunctioning . I contacted the service centre here in kolkata on 14/07/2015. They retained the set and assured me it will take 7 days to sort out the deficiency. Till date they have not resolved my complaint. Complaint job sheet no. E030741071517948367 DATED 14/07/2015 . I am ashamed this company shall caese to exists either .

I have purchased a micromax x351 mobile (imei 911315553953365,91131555953373) on dated 19/08/2013 but after 3 month i found charging problem.So i gave it to the service centre situated at Ambala cantt they give my mobile after 2 month but i found my mobile is internaly completely change now there is always show no network in both sim , flash light stop working and battery drain fast .So i again gave it to Same care center under request no. N050113-0214-8256074 , on dated 20/02/2014.After 7 days they give my mobile with no change.I request you to take necessary action and give me new mobile .
