One of the worst company micro max informatics limited. They do not heed to the super after sales service which they promise. They consider the customer to be a beggar.

I had purchased Convas knight 350 white & gold for 24500. Withi 43 days the power off and on button started malfunctioning . I contacted the service centre here in kolkata on 14/07/2015. They retained the set and assured me it will take 7 days to sort out the deficiency. Till date they have not resolved my complaint. Complaint job sheet no. E030741071517948367 DATED 14/07/2015 . I am ashamed this company shall caese to exists either .

My micromax mobile model no.- A350 from 26/03/2015 submitted in M/s Shri Laxmi Enterprises, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi for repairing Job sheet no.- N030716-0315-15741347. But not repaired, replace set micromax model no.- A300hand over to me on 22/04/2015. But this phone also found defective during use, It was not checked by service center. I have purchased a micromax x351 mobile (imei 911315553953365,91131555953373) on dated 19/08/2013 but after 3 month i found charging problem.So i gave it to the service centre situated at Ambala cantt they give my mobile after 2 month but i found my mobile is internaly completely change now there is always show no network in both sim , flash light stop working and battery drain fast .So i again gave it to Same care center under request no. N050113-0214-8256074 , on dated 20/02/2014.After 7 days they give my mobile with no change.I request you to take necessary action and give me new mobile .

Sir, This is to inform you that the phone given to one of the Micromax service centres(Moradabad) has not been recovered till date. I got it returned after 25days approx. when I firstly gave it. But after 10 days,I had to give it again due to same problem. ten i will submet my phon 6-9-2013 and i m not receved my phon till date service center manager say (jo karna hai voo kar loo mai kuch nahi kar sakta hu or agar case kara hai voo bhi kardo company par muj ko koi matlub nahi nahi voo kaitai hai ab mai aap ka phon dai sakta ) Moradabad store isn't of any help because company has the handset,as they say. I have purchased a micromax canvas Hd online. After 3 days phone gone dead, there is no display so I submitted MMX mobile to jodhpur service center. The service center guys told me that he will resolve my issue with in 3-5 days. bt after 1 month I havent got my phone as well as service center guy saying that this micromax company is not good. do not buy anything from them.
