Very bad experienc, staff was rude and he asked us to talk properly. I have made an appointment for hair@2030hrs and when I reached there, Devas was very rude. And simply said we are closed at 2030 hrs. Very bad experience. I'll never come back here, neither I'll recommend by friends to visit here. Rude and arrogant staff.
This salon located in Vasant Kunj DLF is a horrible salon to go to. Overall I think foreigners should search out another place for family hair cuts. My family was frequency this place for over one year. We found out through our hair stylist, the head stylist who is a female and now pregnant talks about all the clients behind their backs especially the clients who have finer financial means, as she is really a jealous person. on August 21, 2016 my whole family went there. My son received his hair cut and so did my husband. This lead female hairstylist came to where I was sitting to inquire about my extensions I had in my hair and the color on it. very very bad experience. the manager is very arrogant and rude. the staff is also rude and arrogant. what do they show their attitude for? they do not know how to treat the clients
very bad experience. the manager does not even smile and gives you such disgusted looks. one inexperienced guy was asked to cut my son's hair and he left it half way when i told him to do it properly. the manager also did not do anything about it. the staff there is arrogant. imagine shelling out a bomb for this experience.

I too have had a bad coloring experience at Looks. I wanted a brown color and they charged me 5000Rs saying it took them five tubes of color. Three days in and two washes later neither I nor anyone else can see any color. It is only under the sun that one can see some coloring on the top right side and thats it. Not only that but they kept pushing services on me and I am also not satisfied with the cut they gave me. I visiting the Defence Colony Looks, this particular salon is not good. The only redemming aspect of my visit was the pedicure and manucure.
I went in first for a consultation as I have brown hair and wanted to go blonde (I'm not Indian). They said no problem--it will take 2 hours. On the day I had my appointment, they changed my colorist to someone else and then proceeded to dye my hair basically back to my natural brown color, but tried to convince me it was blonde. They did not do what I wanted but charged me full price (way too much I might add) for a 3.5 hours of hair work. Not going back.
