he has same situation in olive county, he promised to give possession but he is giving after one year. his employee same rude and now he is demanding extra money for electricity and water supply.around 40000
Complaint against Avnish Director of ABA Builders Ltd ( Orange County , Indirapuram) for Breach of Trust & Cheating customers. He promised to give possession in March 2009 but after he is giving it after 1 year.
According to penalty clause he is suppose to pay Rs.5 per sq ft but he is saying that delay is because of some Environmental issue, of which he has arranged a fake certificate and has refused to compensate.
Also currently society is not in a condition to live. Bad Roads, most of the buildings are under construction...security issues, dust, building material...etc...if we don't take possession within one month we would be liable to pay Rs.7,000 per month.
