i have had purchased a hitachi 489 litres 2 door refrigerator in 2016. In july i got a sms stating since 1 year is over , please buy extended warranty. since that day till date hitachi toll free is unable to send someone for talk about the extended warranty. really dont know what to say. weird business style.
