Dear All, I am an alumini of International institute of Culinary Arts, New Delhi; and I must say that my experience at IICA has been by far exceptional.
The website does not do justice to how good this institute is, therefore I felt i must personally tell all of you how good this institute is. I came across this institute after completing my Hotel Management in UK, after studying there for 3 years plus 2 years of work experience in Radisson Edwardian Hotels in London, i was looking for some specialization in culinary arts. I completed my hotel management course from IIMT and then joined IICA for a diploma in patisserie course and iam still pusuing it . I must admit this is the most professional institute i have come across and wish i had joined it before my graduation in hotel management . The institute provides maximum exposure to its students and i already have job offers in hand before completing my programe . The industry link is very strong and chefs from the industry swear by the institute . More than anything else they teach you the right attitude one must have for this profession.
I must say that, please please dont not join this IICA institute. What ever they say or tell about the institute is all fake . They never follow there standards . Institute does not have proper equipments and does not have quality vegetables. Never start classes on time. The main thing is that they dont open on time. Institute timing are 9:30 am morning and classes are supposed to start at 9:30 but sadly they open late more often by 10:00 . Some chef teacher are good for teaching. I must say you please do not follow what the institute say. Please you or your child should take few demo classes before joining this institute. All the students in this institute are suffering by joining . You will learn nothing here. It institute is only making
