WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE COMPANIES YOU ARE HIRING FOR BRANDED COMPANIES ? YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN REALIZE THAT THESE COMPANIES are not able to pass the genuine claims of the customers. approach govt insurance companies instead of giving opportunity to the upcoming company without considering there worth,liberty videocon you must have not heard about it.
As per my experience I would not suggest anyone to approach to your showroom for next purchase because there is no value of customers at your showroom.
i purchased Kuv 100 at 100% cash down and now this so called company is not passing an accidental claim

I HAD GIVEN MY CAR DL 4C NB 5514 ON THE 15 TH OF OCTOBER 2012 FOR PAID SERVICE AND SOME REPAIRS. THE PERSON WHO WAS DEALING ME THIS TIME WAS SONAL GOYAL. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY FEW THINGS BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE THAT WHEN WE HAD GONE THERE TO GIVE THE CAR THE PERSON DEALING WAS MORE INTERESTED IN THE SERVICE HE WANTED TO GET DONE WHICH I MYSELF DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT WAS REQUIRED OR NOT IN ORDER TO MAKE THE BILL HIGH. AGAIN I WOULD SAY IT IS I THINK THEY HAVE BEEN TAUGHT AND TRAINED LIKE THAT TO ADD CERTAIN THING TO RAISE THE BILL. THE ALIGNMENT, OILING IN SOME POINT THIS CHECK THAT CHECK THIS AND THAT ADJUSTMENT WITHOUT EVEN DRIVING THE CAR. One of the worst managed Dealer. When I went to buy a Scorpio, they could not arrange a test drive, then they promised they shall arrange the same the following day, its been 5 days now, and everyday they forget to come over for the test drive. Person dealing is Sujit. He even went ahead and told me dont buy XUV 500 , since the braing has lots of problems. So I had to settle for a second best car. Till now there is no response from them, and I am definately not buying from them, since after sales shall be the same. To top it all, they didnt give me the number of the owner, stating that they dont ENTERTAIN customers.!! Time to say good bye to them!

very bad service with my parts replaced with spoiled ones and jasmeet n neeraj were dealing in all this........they made huge bill n replaced my genuine parts....very dissatisfied services....plz dont visit durga if u dont want to get cheated

i had given my car for service on the 4th of jan 2012. and the person who was dealing me was Neeraj Talwar Service Advisor and his senior Jaspreet Singh AM Service. I would like say that what ever i had told them the job done was very excellent. the time they had promised me was kept . I was not made to wait for any thing. this was my third experience with them as the previous two were very bad and at that time too i had given them a negative feed back, but since this time it was good i would really like to say yes Sri Durga Automobiles Really care for its customers. so next time too i will be going there only to get me car service.
