I have to say with extreme regret that no attention is ever paid or efforts made to address the cause of complaint of customers. Extremely poor Governance. Even the Telephones on 011-22779795,22779506,26293209 are never attended to in spite of the fact that it is one of the top ranking bank having good reputation. Kindly show some promptness and attend to customer grievances.

I am R K Gupta, having an SB Joint A/C in your Mayur Vihar Branch since Oct5 , 1993 in the name of Rajiv Gupta, Prakash Gupta and
R K Gupta. Several times we thought of opening NRE SB A/C with sizeable deposits but very poor internet services forced us to think
otherwise.There have been serious irregularities in the branch earlier and I gave a letter in protest with sufficient supporting proof.
Since Sh Sudhir Gulati took over as the C B M , things started and there has been tremendous improvement visible . But the internet
