Vipassana Sadhana Sansthan

Vipassana Sadhana Sansthan: Get peace of mind with Vipassana. Vipassana Sadhana Sansthan offers courses and organises discourses on Vipassana, an ancient form of meditation that has the power to heal. A 10-day residential course is available for anyone who is above 19 years of age. For teenagers (between 15 and 20 years) there is a 7-day course. Anapana Meditation is taught to children (from 8 to 18 years) either at the centre or through schools. The centre also conducts courses for the inmates of Tihar Jail and students of the Police Training College with great success.
