Worst place to buy laptop they are frauds and cheats i bought two laptop first one was ok they gave almost online prices but forthe 2nd i trust them and i didnt check from other stores they told me that we are the distributor you wont get any cheaper than this but they "" sold me even more than the official price let alone the market price "

i did not suggest anyone to by laptop from this shop as they are totally frauds and cheat their customers . They sell their products by doing fake promises . All sales man including technician and shop owner all are liers and sell wrong products .According to me when i purchase my laptop they sell me 3rd generation laptop and promise me thet the laptop is 4th generation. They said that their prices are low but they sell me laptop at very high cost as compared to other dealers . SO ALL ARE CHEATERS AND FAKE INDENTITIES ARE WORKING IN THIS SHOP.

From my experience i am suggested do not puchase anything from this shop as i am fully dissatisfied from my product

I would not suggest anyone to buy laptops from this store. They make fake promises and never turn upto them. They try to cheat customers. They would show as if they are giving cheap prices but extract high amounts from customers by some or the other way.
I guarantee that you cannot get satisfaction if you buy anything from this store. Only what you will get is Dissatisfaction!!

Though,they promises of high level of customer service after you purchase the products. But, dats totally FALSE. I am facing some problems with my Laptop. I tried calling them 5-6times since morning but everytime they say, we are working on it & need half an hr more and cancels the call..but its evening now.
They have no cluesm tghat someone is making long-distance call & facing some severe problem with the product but these two SIKH BROTHERS are just GOOD in MAKING PROMISES.
My suggestion, better purchase your product from Authorised DEALER rather than SUB_DEALER and that too from NEHRU PLACE.
