I think this is one of the most hopeless travel agents i have ever dealt with. Not because of the package issue but because no one there wants to work. I saw their adv in HT City and wanted to book a package and also explore the package. Called on the no. listed on the adv at 11am and was told i will get a call back in 30mins from someone. Kept waiting but no call back. The called then around 1200hrs on the 919883009988 no. and this one with IVR doesnt work. No one picks after i select international packages. Still persistent, i called up 01145564556 and a accountant picked up . I gave my requirement of a turkey package and he saying "sir having lunch and will call back" and i left my no.. hoped that i will get a call as i waited and again

Recently, I traveled to Thailand with Samaara travels and was highly disappointed by the hotel that they provided us at Bangkok. In the name of a 4 star hotel they made us stay at a low category hotel that didn't even had windows in room for proper ventilation. The room were very small and the hotel was no where near a 4 star hotel. While booking the package, they had shown us very good category 4 star hotels but when we finally booked the package, we were told that all those 4 stars have already been booked and hence, they provided us with a low category 4 star hotel.
Also, they had promised us Bangkok city tour but I was surprised when in Bangkok, I had to pay for entry at one of the temples included in the city tour.

I am really surprised on seeing the reviews by the people. I also booked my tour with Samaara International Tour and Travels for Dubai. It was an excellent trip, whatever it was promised by them i got it and everything that too on time and the staff is really nice and friendly. The sightseeing,dhow cruise, dinners, flights, hotels..etc..everything was just great. I would like to thank Samaara group for organizing such a lovely trip for my family. We all loved it. In future i would definitely plan all my trips with this company only.

I have booked a Hongkong trip from samaara travel in last December for me, my husband and my 2 kids. I have been assisted by them for my air tickets and hotels, visa services. The staff that was present to assist us was very helpful. Samara travel is very professional organization who arranged the travel itineraries very professionally.
When we reached to Bangkok, we met the assistance at airport who gave us the tour itineraries then we came to hotel. The hotel was arranged so well their staff was helpful. Next day we did the city tour and meals the assistance had assisted us so well. My family has enjoyed the trip so much.

Our Thailand trip was excellent. I just booked my tour with Samaara Travels early this month and find it quite enjoyable and worthy. The tour organizing team is quite nice and helpful and all the facilities of the hotels were also excellent.
Planning to again book another trip from Samaara Travels.
