Shiva Motors service centre in ghaziabad is the worst ever place to get your car serviced; The service quality is pathetic and it has happened 4 or 5 times with me that just after one day out of service, my car broke down on the road leaving me stranded; Not only these idiots lack in technical knowhow to service the car but their customer service is equally bad. Once they sent a guy on the road to help me with the broken down vehical and the idiot turned up after 2 hours without any tools. When I asked for the escalation of the matter no body was ready to share the escalation matrix; Am not sure which is more pathetic, the car I own i.e. Chevrolet Aveo or the Shiva Motors service centre in Sahibabad next to Bikaner Wala. These people are making the name of GM bad in the market,some action to be taken....they sell the vehicle and just went off...no support..no service..I had wasted my whole day sitting their in getting my vehicle servied.....after that they have just sprinkle sme water that's all....it this the way...they have to be closed......
