Fortis Hospital  

My mother was admitted in Fortis for hernia operation. My experience was at best disappointing. Though they called us at 9:00 am no room was available till 3:00 pm. Our inquiries were met with clueless expression from the reception staff who in my opinion should either be replaced or trained thoroughly before giving them that job. Needless to say we were charged the full amount for this non-service. Finally the room allotted (2141) lacked space, had dirty couch, with almost inaccessible bathroom and non functional door. My advice is to stay away from this hospital. I found Apollo and Max Saket to be much better than this place.

My son got treatment from Dentist Doctor but the experience was not good though their charges was on higher side. He again checked with the Doctor and she did some kind of refilling process but the problem continued with his teeth. It is really discouraging to get such kind of treatment from a reputed Hospital. Please check with parallel hospitals before going to Fortis.
