very very bad and worst condition of delivery system of sosa enterprises . I recomended to canasel its license emmediet effect .
Very bad delivery system. No one picks up the call. And they don't follow online request at all.
I booked the gas 3 times in a 2 months and still I did not get GAS yet. I also talked to the delivery boy abt it but he did not know anything then I called above mentioned number but they did not pick up the call after that rush I called customer supper they filed the complaint regarding the same and assure me that they will contact me with the solution but no body is call me till yet. Now I am frustrated and think to sue agency ... If someone hear to me please contact me at 9871509254
i have booked gas on 04/01/2015 and booking was successfully accepted and i have also submitted my aadhar card copy in bank but cylinder not delivered yet.i am facing a lot of problems due to calender not deliver.and i have lost my ragistered mobile no so i also want to update my contact no. Worst Agency I have ever seen. Completed all the formalities on 25th Dec 2013 to make the changes in the connection detail however even after 2 months they are not taking any action on it. Initially they told me that it will be done on 4-5 days. When I asked them about the status, they clearly told me that "its our way of working and if you are not happy, you can go to any other agency". They also told me that if you want to complain about us, you can do it to anybody.
Many times I have observed that they are doing FAKE Gas booking and god knows to whom they are delivering. Many times while booking they told me that you'd recently booked it. They are blacking the cylinders and harassing their genuine consumers.
