Joined this gym for 3 months membership .. my experience :
Average gym .. very congested and very less space.. staff is helpfull but dont seem to have proper training/knowledge of fitness... no proper maintainance of progress/body stats and program records of patrons .. at the end of membership period they will call you hundred times to renew membership.. otherwise the trainers dont help you unless asked... also the gym plays loud music like its a club, although i personally find it motivating, i dont think everyone will..
