We bought an ac from Pankaj electronics in yusuf sarai which we found to be defected within one week of purchase. After complaining in the shop, the attitude of the owner was quite rude and irresponsible.
While purchasing the ac we were informed that if we pay rs 300 per month for 8 months (total Rs.2400), we will get extended two years warranty from bajaj allianz. We agreed to include this extra 300 bucks in our monthly EMI. While returning home we noticed that the amount for extendend warranty was 2925 (not 2400 as we were told earlier). We again went to the shop and asked for the clarification. They casually told, it is Rs. 365. I went to buy a 1.5 T split AC today at 12.00pm and completed all the formality with payments done by 12.50 pm. Salesman - Shyam Pal. I was told that the installion will be done by around 2.30pm. I went back home and called up the salesman at 2.50pm at which he very casually said that dont worry it will be done today. I called again at 4.50pm and asked for the manager and some action was taken and my AC was delivered but the installation guy came at 6.00 pm. He worked till 7.30pm and by that time it was dark and he said he will come next day to complete the installation. Take my honest advice, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! I guarantee, you will regret it later. This is the worst place you could buy anything from. The employees as rude and have no decency to talk to their customers. Plus, they offer NO customer service after you purchase your product. They won't repair or replace any defective product even if you are in warranty period. This place is a big no! Take my advice, and check some other shops to buy your product. DON'T buy anything from this place, else you would seriously regret later.

pathetic.... the person on call said he cant assist as he is busy with other customer and you will have to come down to the shop. he was least bothered to answer any query.... if this is the customer service presales then what would hapeen once the product is bought.... i would never recommend to anyone ...
