I have gone to Bismi yesterday to buy an AC. The staff named Dileep who had interacted with me was saying this is an offer and no discounts possible when I asked to do some discount. One of my friend also came there to purchase an AC and he had also confirmed one Piece. When we were about to make the payment, he told my friend that the transportation cost he need to bear and when argued he said that the same amount will be deducted in bill and can make the payment to delivery van. Me too asked to reduce the transportation charge as I was ready to take the same in my car, he again repeated that this is an offer, like that he is giving me the AC for free, I dont think 20K for an AC is a cheap price and the staff behaviour is so insulting that, I tored that customer detail filling form and thorwn at him and left the place... Such a nonsense executive and none of the Bismi staff involved when the issue happened... I wasted my time of more than 2 hrs in their shop and came back just because of the nonsense behaviour of Bismi staff... I dont suggest this dealer to anyone... As the earlier reviews clarifies their after sales service part too.

I bought an LED TV 6 days before and till date they haven't delivered the item. When i tried to call, they wouldn't pick up the call. I too am disappointed with the sales executives of Bismi. Such irresponsible fellows. They don't know how to handle the customers and don't even have good manners.I wonder who appointed these idiots. Is the management listening?

I bought a new LG TV last August 2010, and now it has encountered a problem. I contacted the executive for reporting the problem, he told me that he will call back after 10 minutes, however he didn't. After 30 minutes, I contacted in the numbers printed in the bill, then a woman answered the call, collected the details, and said our executive will come to your house within 2 days. 2 days passed none did. So I again contacted the cx xare number 18001809999, but no response, they didn't attend the call. I tried many times with different numbers provided the executives. Some of them attended the call and gave another number, but none did pay attention to what my problem was. The cx support is very very poor...Its for sure I won't ever in my life suggest anyone to shop from Bismi. Poor cx service. Irresponsible guys.

I paid the cash for Hitachi 450L fridge in advance from Bismi Kaloor on July 30th. They have promise to deliver the it at home on Aug 1st. Still its not received. Whenever I call they are not picking the Mobile. In case they pick the say some silly excuses. I will not recommend Bismi to any of my friends.
