The owner is a cheap lady who believes in eating up her customers money by giving lame excuses. She doesnt refund the money even though ladies face problem due to maintenance work being conducted in her premises. And neither does she have the decency to face her complaining customers she ushers her little daughter in to defend herself. RIDICULOUS
