I am extremely disappointed by their services. In the morning I had booked for a cab for 4.30 in the afternoon as I had a post operative appointment with the doctor.
At 4.30 when I called to find out why the cab had not come I was told that there was no booking under my name and that the cab would come late.They also said that the driver had the wrong details. This was very shocking to hear as I had booked the cab early in the morning .
The person in charge took no responsibility of this and just washed his/her hands away. I was forced to change my appointment because of this carelessness and irresponsibility.
I am extremely disappointed by your service.

I expect you to take action for this or else your customers will lose trust in your services.

EXCELLENT service, on time always. good cars and drivers. they are the first meter taxi in twin cities and they are the best. never had a problem with them at all. keep u the good work guys.
