Worse service. No respect to the customer . The lady at the front desk and the hair cutting person were very rude as much that I had to walk out with out taking service . They try to bill you as much as they can with stupid services included with out your knowledge and with false assurances . They don't maintain Lakhme standards . I hope their franchise owner gets to know this and show some action . I will never go back . I felt naturals any whr else are decent than this particular himayat nagar Lakhme . Go only if u hate ur skin and want to get worst service at an expensive price . Will never again go back !

I got facial done on saturday, 27th April 2013, neither did they remove black heads properly nor did the do the massage in a proper way.. result lots of pimples on my face :(
Got underarms waxed - she just tore off the skin - it blead so badly that even after 3 days the pain and marks are still there...

I went to this salon on 12th and 13th March'11 because this si the closest salon near my in laws place in hyderabad. By the way I am from Delhi and have been to several lakme salons there and have found their services to be good.
So I go this salon for two things. The first day I went for hair ironing. I have long hair reaching a little above my waist... a length that is very common among women in India. When I ask the lady at the front desk for the charges she says that she will need to look at my hair length. After looking at it she says this is longer than "extra long".
