Pathetic experience with the Jubilee Hills new branch. Very hostile treatment by the senior stylist and the front office manager. First, the senior stylist was mute and not even bothered to suggest what hairstyle I should go for.
Second, nobody even bothered for a feedback. When I asked "if you will take the feedback", front office manager was like "we usually do"... and that's it. She didn't ask me back.
Instead went to choose Gachibowli new branch had an amazing experience there.
