I went to kothapet Naturals for threading, waxing & blow dry.
* Not so welcoming atmosphere. They dont even greet the customers nor smile. Simply, they don't care.
* Very harsh behaviour of the staff, a girl named (Naga laxmi) literally burnt my hand during waxing, for which I got severe rashes the very next day.
* They said there is a shortage of staff and tried to send me way. It is ok if they informed me first , but they made me wait for lot of time.
* AC is not even functioning properly but I had to pay 14.5% taxes.
* cost of blow dry is 300. blow dry with curls is 700 which means giving few curls at the ends is more than double the cost of normal blow dry setting which is insensible. (Too expensive)
